The realization that state institutions can not fully compensate for the material and financial loss is a constant source of discontent and dissent formation in a wide range - from peace to radical. One of the key issues, that the society faces, is the rapidly growing number of internally displaced persons. The study revealed that mass forced relocation gradually became perceived as a routine phenomenon, whose consequences confuse most people much less than the price growth, the threat of unemployment and the danger of a major war. The volunteer movement has reached a great scale. The society appreciates its contribution to saving the country, the people provides a both moral and material support to this movement, commending its performance, especially in comparison with official government agencies.
