The current economic crisis Ukraine rather negatively reflected on the state of intellectual capital construction companies. In general, it should be noted that the construction industry enterprises quite sharply and quickly respond to any crisis tendencies in the economy, which is reflected in the results of their work. In particular, due to the aggravation of the crisis quickly began to show negative trends in the main indicators of quality of reproduction of intellectual capital construction companies: the number of companies that carry out scientific and technical work in the field of construction and architecture, reduced the number of employed workers who are directly involved in research of rubber, and as a result most directly reduced number of developments.
