For description of transient processes of the considered structural elements equations of theory of the thin shells extended in case of electromechanics are used. The method developed in a report is set forth tasks resulted to the Volterra system integral equations second kind, the solution of that is executed numeral with the use of the Tikhonov's requlative algorithm. Nonlinear non-stationary processes in the hydrodynamic system, the component element of that is the cylindrical shell, compressed in axial direction, streamlined from both-side by flowing liquid, is investigated. An external stream is limited to from one side the walls of shell, from other - by a rigid (nonstrained) cylinder. Shell's vibration processes are conditioned by operating of the axial finitary harmonic type disturbances. Main attention is concentrated on analysis of condition at that the maximal bending of shell will be realized. Theoretical approaches for solution problems of nonlinear interaction of the different bending forms, realized in filled with liquid cylindrical shells at their free vibrations are developed. The processes of interaction subject to condition that bearing shells are characterized by near natural frequencies, i.e. take place internal resonances, are researched. With the use of asymptotic methods of nonlinear mechanics, an averaged equations, describing the processes of interaction of two standing waves, two running waves, combined - of standing and running waves are built. On the basis of the solution of these equations the series of the first integrals, setting energy connection between amplitudes of the indicated waves from one side, and also between amplitudes and phase parameters - with other are got and analysed.
