Purpose - to study the allelic state of MS loci of breeding lines and development approaches to identify of hybrid forms of transgenic sugar beet plants to assess breeding materials created in IBCSB. Research methods - laboratory methods: molecular biological analysis and statistical methods. Main results and their novelty - for the first time, it was established allelic composition of the five microsatellite loci, frequency of loci and the ratio of their genotype classes they can create in eight lines and six male sterile lines were created in the system; were identified the genetic distances between them and the degree of intra- as well as interline polymorphism. For the first time, an analysis of the microsatellite loci allelic composition of the Ukrainian breeding lines to compare with the European forms, were identified specific alleles of domestic lines that can serve as markers of genetic diversity sugar beet lines studied. For the first time it was developed a method for estimating the breeding material of the transgenic sugar beet plants with new genetic traits for the improvement of ways of their further breeding when creating a new generation of hybrids.
