The dose field distribution from multi-beam hadron beams, using special collimators, is simulated. Prototypes of the multi-slit and matrix collimators for the purposes spatial fractionated mini-beam hadron therapy are designed and produced. Efficiency of such collimators is estimated as a ratio of the peak dose in the collimator's holes to dose beside the ones. Different types of the micro-detectors and read-out electronics were tested with charged particles beams, accelerated at Tandem-generator INR NAS of Ukraine. It was assumed that radiation-proof micropixels and microstrips metal and hybrid detectors are suitable for the real-time monitoring of the hadron beams intensity.
