Also the guidelines for members of the industry technology transfer have been elaborated. The measures were undertaken aimed at spreading the experience to address the commercialization of university research, and problem-solving organization of the process of technology commercialization among other universities of road transport complex of Ukraine and related industries. Results of research are the creation and implementation into operation of the information system software package, as well as transfer of energy-saving technologies for the development of road and transport complex of Ukraine.
