The purpose of the work is the creation of scientific and methodological foundations of design works in the fields of aerospace, communications, electrical engineering and automation of manufacturing. The methods of research are mathematical modeling, statistical methods, simulation, numerical modeling and system engineering design. Methodical provisions have been developed for evaluating the accuracy of launching carrier rockets with a terminal guidance, the accuracy of the spacecraft motion, methods for problems of forecasting orbital conflicts, optimization of locations of the ground stations for space communication, organization of inter-satellite links. A mathematical model of a three-phase power transformer with taking into account the walls of the oil tank has been worked out.
