Result of our research proved the efficiency of the use of a multivitamin complex for reducing the frequency of clinical manifestations of toxic adverse reactions to anti-tuberculosis drugs and the severity of tuberculosis intoxication. It was also found a statistically significant decrease of the level of L-arginine, and the metabolic products of NO in the patients with multiresistent tuberculosis. Result of our research proved that the use of arginine hydrochloride in patients with multiresistent tuberculosis restored balance in the system of nitric oxide, which helped to reduce the period of bacterioexcretion on 18% and recovering of the destructions on 14%.
