The aim of the work consists in the fact that advances in administrative law, the results of the analysis of activities of prosecution authorities, tax authorities and the judicial branch are used to reveal the peculiarities in ensuring stability and security of society in terms of legislative reform and to offer the direction to improve the existing legal framework of Ukraine. The subject of research is the activity of the prosecution authorities, tax authorities and the judicial branch in ensuring the stability and security of society. The methodological basis of the research involves general scientific and special methods, such as system analysis, logical and semantic, system and structural, and comparative methods. The use of methods of analysis and synthesis made it possible to formulate proposals on the improvement of current legislation. Regulatory framework includes the Constitution of Ukraine, the Codes of Ukraine (the Customs Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Offences), Laws of Ukraine, and other regulatory acts.
