A research aim is an improvement of methodology of analysis of productive resources of agricultural enterprises and development of conceptual principles of increase of efficiency of their use. Research methodology. The achievement of the put aim came true on the basis of study and analysis of literary sources, and also by treatment and generalization of statistical data on agricultural enterprises. In the process of work the wide arsenal of methods was used: abstractly-logical, settling-structural, analytical grouping, rows of dynamics, index, chain substitutions, balance, cross-correlation-regressive, graphic et al. As a result of research the studied questions related to the increase of the agrarian labour productivity; by the social infrastructure of village in the system of factors of motivation of labour; by the improvement of branch structure of farms; by the management of agricultural enterprises turnover means; by efficiency of the use and design of necessity of labour resources of the agrarian forming; to development of limit liability company; by the management of agricultural enterprises economic and ecological security; forming and use of charges in a plant-grower; sizes of agricultural enterprises and their influence on efficiency of production and by the management of agricultural enterprises a competitiveness.
