Sperkach, Registration Date 23-06-2016 Organization National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Technical center popup.description2 Mechanisms of spraying the surface of nanosized clusters and the influence of the substrate on the sputtering process are investigated. For each system cluster-substrate model values obtained dispersion coefficients, angular and energy distributions of sputtered atoms. A comparative analysis of the results with the results of molecular dynamics simulation sputtering copper clusters with a graphite surface. The processes that lead to the dissipation of the substrate as a result of interactions of the bombarding ions to surface cluster. Physical and technological fundamentals of the processes of manufacture of thin nanocomposite donor-acceptor photoconductive films, which can be effectively used in the technology of electrostatic templates is developed. It demonstrated the effectiveness of the use of three-way automatic control system of gas-phase process based on a modified installation VUP-5M (Ukraine) for the production of nanocomposites and heterostructures in templating technologies. It is shown that co-condensation of the gas phase in vacuum allows to produce two or three-component polymer-based nanocomposites donor PVCa with organic and inorganic molecular acceptors. infrared spectroscopy methods were studied in detail and molecular degradation products that arise in the process of gas-phase transfer and condensation polymer and oligomeric forms of N-vinylcarbazole. It is shown that the oligomeric forms carbazole successfully transported through the gas phase and are suitable for the manufacture of nanocomposite templates. Carbazole product vapor deposition is accompanied by partial depolymerization and enrichment carbazole nucleus degradation products, in particular nitrogen-containing, necessitating a low molecular weight control phase.
