For the purpose of reduce the cost of raw materials developed composition of economic alloyed high-temperature alloys, which reduced the content of chromium and nickel by replacing manganese. High heat resistance of this alloy is provided with an extension temperature range austenite stability. Phase transformations economic alloyed heat-resistant alloy were investigated on high-differential thermal analyzer. The intervals of phase and structural changes upon heating economic alloyed and high-temperature alloys were established. Kinetic of overcooling austenite decomposition of research alloys was investigated. Developed rational modes of heat treatment on bainite cast rolling tool of economic alloyed alloys which provide increasing of complex mechanical and service properties details of metallurgical and engineering equipment operating under conditions of impact-abrasive, abrasive wear and friction wear conditions. Established that heat treatment chromium-manganese cast iron for optimal performance mode provides the highest hardness compared to other modes tested.tribotechnical properties of economic alloyed and heat-resisting alloys in molten and treated states. Tribotechnical properties of economic alloyed high-temperature alloys in the cast and after heat treatment stay were investigated. By tribotechnical tasted was established wear resistance of economic alloyed alloys. The mechanism of wear economic alloyed cast iron friction was proposed based on the this data. A pilot scale testing of heat treatment of economic alloyed and heat-resisting rolling tools. Developed the technological instructions for melting and heat treatment of economic alloyed and heat-resisting rolling tools. Developed and implemented heat treatment parameters for bainite rolling tools of economic alloy alloys which provide increased range of mechanical and performance properties (increased durability 10 -12 times and operational stability of 1.5 - 2 times).
