The genetic structure of Ukrainian populations of sturgeons (Acipenseriformes) - paddlefish (Polyodon spathula Walb.) and salmon fish - rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) of different areas of fisheries was investigated. The results of genetic structure analysis of paddlefish pointed out the necessity of its stabilization by the loci of CA and ME, P <0.05. The observed level of heterozygosity (Нo = 45.7-57.3%) of paddlefish by the loci was close the expected (He = 38.7- 43.2%). Cluster analysis corresponded to differences between groups of paddlefish which were caused by different growing conditions. It has been detected from five (MFW 06) to eight (MFW 15) amplified fragments of microsatellite loci. Variability spectra of which differed slightly that pointed out the similarity of breeding herds of paddlefish. The estimation of groups of rainbow trout by the level genetic variability has been performed. It was established that the level of observed heterozygosity of rainbow trout was Нo = 63.3-65% and the level of theoretically expected heterozygosity was Нe = 49.4-47.9%. Microsatellite nuclear DNA sequences of rainbow trout (SSR-markers: MFW 15, MFW 23, Hmo 02, Hmo 33) which have different degrees of conservativeness were described. The cytogenetic analysis of chromosomal apparatus destabilization of paddlefish was performed. It was established that the group of paddlefish was characterized statistically significantly higher levels of erythrocytes with micronuclei (P<0.05) and binuclear lymphocytes comparatively with the group of rainbow trout, which was characterized statistically significantly higher level of apoptosis (P <0.005). According to results of research has been written methodical recommendations for genetic evaluation of individual populations of valuable fish species of Ukraine Product Description popup.authors Глушко Ю.
