Objective provides development of new and improvement of existing elements of technology of cultivation of sugar beet and identifying characteristics of the formation and performance improvements for sugar beet and potatoes fertilization system using high-yielding, resistant to pests complex hybrids. The results of the studies found that in Western region of Ukraine on average two years of research the largest sugar beet yield - 63,1 t/ha observed when using micronutrients for foliar application "Oracle multykompleks" 2,0 l/ha + "Oracle kolamin boron" 2,5 l/ha - before closing the leaves in rows, "Oracle multykompleks" 2,5 l/ha + "Oracle kolamin boron" 2,5 l/ha - before closing the leaves in rows on a background of mineral nutrients N335 P144 K337 which is 29,0 t/ha more concerning variant without fertilizers. The highest sugar content in root notes for the use of three drugs foliar application "Maximus" Extra Mg 6,0 kg/ha + "Oracle kolamin boron" 2,5 l/ha - before closing the leaves in rows, "Maximus" Extra Mg 4,5 kg/ha + "Oracle kolamin boron" 2,5 l/ha - before closing the leaves in rows, "Maximus" Extra P 4,5 kg/ha - before unlocking leaves in rows on a background of mineral nutrients N335 P144 K337 where the sugar content was 17,69%, which is more than the control at 1,12%. The largest collection of sugar, 11.16 t / ha, seen against the background of mineral nutrients N 335 P 144 K 337 for the use of two drugs foliar feeding "Oracle multykompleks" and "Oracle kolamin boron", which compared with the control variant (without fertilizers) on 5,5 t/ha, and the increment to the background is 0,71 t/ha. Use micronutrients foliar feeding "Oracle multykompleks" 2,0 l/ha + "Oracle kolamin boron" 2,5 l/ha - before closing the leaves in rows, "Oracle multykompleks" 2,5 l/ha + "Oracle kolamin boron" 2,5 l/ha - before closing the leaves in rows on a background of mineral nutrients N335 P144 K337 provide higher levels of economic efficiency, opportunistic net income amounted to 12 492 UAH/ha.
