The problem of orthopedic treatment of patients with deformities of fingers with long-standing traumatic injuries rosinaldo of the machine to date remains relevant because of the significant prevalence of this disease (up to 9% of all cases of injuries to the forearm and wrist), the difficulty in diagnosing injuries of the extensor muscles in the early stages and a significant percentage of unsatisfactory results (50%) of the treatment of this patients, long term disability, and in 24-48% of cases lead to permanent disability. Ambiguous is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the known methods of recovery Reginaldo apparatus and correction of existing deformities of the hands. Needed is unification of approaches and the development of differentiated programmes of rehabilitation of the contingent of patients, depending on the timing, the level of destruction Reginaldo apparatus and functional status involved in the pathological process of the segments of the limb.
