Shape and composition of the tool material play a special role. Thus, the best results were obtained in using a conic shape of the tool pin of WC, TiC or boron nitride. In using the conic shape of tool the bending loads are transferred along tangent to the main tool body, that is very important in case of applying tool of an increased brittleness. For the development of the offered technology the plates with typical edge defects were selected. Therefore, it was necessary, first of all, to develop the technology of copper restoration with the purpose of restoration of copper plate sizes for the further deposition of coatings. The investigations were also carried out as to the effect of surfacing speed and temperature of the process on structure of materials being surfaced, both for the alloys with a complete dissolution and also for alloys with a limited solubility. Moreover, the development of new more heat-resistant and wear-resistant tools on base of boron nitride and silicon nitride at the V.N.Bakul Institute for Super-hard Materials allowed carrying out experiments in the large range of temperatures for different materials. As a result of investigation of welded joints it was found that the leading role in the process of FSS is played by a mass transfer of metals and, to a less degree, by the their mutual diffusion, Product Description popup.authors Зеленін Єгор Віталієвич Зеленін Віталій Іванович Попович Ірина Михайлівна popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
