We demonstrated that transplants of ADSC, which grouted in micromass culture and differentiated to osteogenic direction, can regenerate damaged bone tissue in mice. On the model of critical limb ischemia the improve perfusion and histomorphological characteristics of muscles after transplantation of hydrogels with ADSC was shown. The neuroprotective effect of bone marrow stromal cells in contact and non-contact co-culture with hippocampal tissue after oxygen-glucose deprivation was demonstrated. It is shown that syngeneic stereotactic transplantation of ADSC reduce degradation of myelin basic protein, inhibits gliosis and restore the corticospinal function in mice with periventricular leukomalacia.
