The goal is to improve the technology of production of beef by improving technological processes with the use of ergonomic factors in the formation of a technological age and sex groups of beef cattle depending on the destination in farms of Volyn region. The technological solutions studied groups of beef cattle taking into account ethological and ergonomic factors. The conditions of formation of technological groups of lactation calves with different density and their performances have 1-1. 2 M2/head and heifers of 3,0-4,0 m2/head. It is established that behavioral responses of calves in all seasons of the year, with the increase in the area 1 head 0.2 m2, accompanied by an increase their feeding activity (1.1%), with increased duration sucking their cows mothers and growth physical activity. The resulting level of productivity of heifers (850-900 g) gives grounds to assert their conformity by live weight of elite class, elite-record. The lower density of the contents of heifers allows for the addition of up to 16 months of age to obtain 12 kg of live weight of 1 head and to increase profitability of production by 7.7%. The terms of use of unused areas with low residual value (old buildings), depreciation charges which do not affect the cost of growth, it is possible to recommend a decrease in the density of young growth to 4 m2/head.
