Biodiversity, dispersion and some others ecological parameters in several practically significant groups of mites ans spiders in some reserves and national parks as centres of the ecological network of Ukraine which are pressed for human economic and recreation activities. Some unknown species were described and some new taxa were added to the list of known Ukranian mites ans spiders. New data on dispersion and structure of species complexes of mites, ticks and spiders in some nature conservation objects in several natural zones were given. The mapping of the modern distribution of rather dangerous species on Ukrainian territory was made. For the first time some of specifical features of "parasite-host" mutual relations are shown. New morphological and functional data in ultrastructure level of researching of mites from different taxes were received. Dispersion of pathogens which transferred by ticks and are inducers causative of dangerous diseases for human and enimals were traversed. Degree of the adaptation of bee parasitic mite Varroa to influence of modern chemical means of the pest control was researched. Some results of the executed works in a number of cases can be used in a practical activity of a human.
