The purpose of research work - to study the mechanism of action of antiradical complexes of Re(III), the study of the kinetics of their interactions with free radicals, as well as the synthesis of new complexes of Re(I) with nucleic bases and Zr(IV) based on derivatives of sulfonic acids. Methods of investigations: experimental investigations using preparative and technical chemistry and physicochemical analysis by methods of thermogravimetry, diffraction, voltammetry, mass spectrometry, electronic, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and infrared (IR) spectroscopy. According to the results of the work developed a method for the synthesis of complex compounds Re(I) with nucleic bases that are part of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and set the mechanism of antiradical action of complex compounds of rhenium(III) with the electrochemical research and study of kinetics of the interaction of compounds with free radicals solutions. Also developed a method of synthesis of new complex compounds of Zr(IV), based on methane, butane and other derivatives of sulfonic acids that are can exhibit different types of biological activity.
