More than 270,000 images obtained with different telescopes were downloaded. Processing of images, obtained from IVOA registers and Mobitel telescope in 2011-2015 (about 20 thousand of CCD frames), was held in a uniform system. More than 2 thousand of plate from RI NAO archive were scanned in 2013-2015, and all obtained images were processed with our own software. Eight catalogs of positions and stellar magnitudes were created for the mean epochs of 1953 to 2013. The total number of stars in these catalogs is more than 50 million. The RMS of positions was ±(0.02-0.11)" in both coordinates for (7-18) magnitude. Star catalog of positions and proper motions for more than 2.3 million stars in selected areas with OC was created. The proper motions of 98 selected OC were calculated in the first approximation by means of averaging the proper motions of stars cluster candidates.
