It was found that penetrance of neurodegenerative phenotype in infected with Wolbachia, and non-infected mutant strains of swiss cheese group remained stable after treatment with tetracycline, while expressiveness significantly reduced in infected individuals. It was established that the gene-modifier Cam leads to a partial recovery of the mutant phenotype in dystrophy mutants. Flavor "Chocolate" ("Etol" company) in the studied doses in ana-telofase test in Allium cepa showed toxic effects and led to the emergence of various types of chromosomal aberrations. In Drosophila melanogaster it led to a doubling of the frequency of dominant lethal mutations compared to control. Mutagenic effects of the flavoring "Chocolate" ("Akras" company) was found only for increased doses in 10 times. The smallest mutagenic effect on two test systems was determined by the flavoring "Dark Chocolate" ("Givaudan" company).
