In the implementation of the planned theme the problems of organization and coordination of research activities for the conservation and research of archaeological heritage of Ukraine were identify. Also the state of the legal framework of Ukraine was analyzed and concrete ways of optimization the coordination between organizations and institutions that conduct scientific and rescue archaeological research were proposed. The new approaches to the methodology of scientific, rescue research on archaeological monuments based on the synthesis of methods of social, natural sciences and mathematics (computer information management system, contactless non-destroying methods of the archeological sites and artifacts, new methods of economic and legal assessment of legislative and regulatory projects for the conservation and research of archaeological heritage of Ukraine).
