Materials on a systematic, arealogical, biomorphological and ecological and cenotic structure of vascular plants' flora of Askanian steppe in its present volume are generalized. A composition and structure of the endemic nuclear of flora in the contex of a florogenetic analysis are considered. Systematic proportions of contemporary flora composition of the natural core area are shown according to the results of previous studies and generalizations. Geographical elements of the natural core area's flora of the Biosphere Reserve "Askania Nova" are defined and their structural distribution by groups and types of habitat is discovered. The generalized assessment of the biomorphological structure of vascular plants is implemented and the quantitative proportions of the different categories of biomorphes are shows. The characteristic of a spectrum of ecological and cenotic groups in the flora and its syntaxonomic belongings is given. Total supplies of phytoproductions of model plant groups, composition and factional structure of aboveground and underground phytomass, phytomass dynamics in spontaneous and allogenic successions, age spectra of plant cenopopulations in Askanian steppe are studied. Morphological disintegration of the model species of vascular plants belonging to different types of biomorphes is analyzed. The estimation bistational distribution of the most important representatives of dendrophilous avifauna of the reserve is given, a role of dendrophilous birds in interecosystem links is defined, regularities of the avifauna formation of the protected area "Great Chapelsky Depression" and its relation to Ramsar sites of the region are studied on case study of dominant species, the main factors and their impact on distribution and quantitative characteristics of the steppe species of birds of the reserve's core area of steppe ecosystems of the region are discovered. The spatial population structure and population dynamics of amphibians, reptiles, insectivorous, muridae and Cricetinae are studied. Plans for the repatriation of extinct species, and newsletters are developed. The biotopic distribution and spatial population structure of foxes, badgers and, the effect of endo- and exopopulation factors on the population dynamics of foxes, wolves and weasels are studied. It is shown that among endopopulation factors the demographic factors as total population (density), the age structure influence on the dynamics of the spatial structure. The problem of optimization of the structure and land regime for agricultural purposes in the region of the Biosphere Reserve "Askania Nova" is considered. Priority virgin areas - pods are selected, they need to obtain a natural protection status for preservation and harmonization of the interaction of natural ecosystems with anthropogenic landscapes. The project of a regional ecological network with its structurally functional typology is presented. The basis elements of developed ecological network are the regional centers of biodiversity, ecological corridors, interactive areas, zones of potential re-naturalization and buffer zones.
