Experimental model of FSF laser has been constructed and its output spectrum has been investigated. Physical and mathematical model of two-wave interaction between light beams of polychromatic radiation in the photorefractive crystal has been calculated. The control of the spectral characteristics of radiation of FSF laser has been developed for ensuring of conditions for the most efficient conversion of the interference signal in an adaptive interferometer. It has been experimentally investigated the influence of radiation parameters (spectral composition, intensity, the state of polarization, interference contrast, amplitude and phase of modulation frequency) on the efficiency of formation of interference signal in an adaptive interferometer.
