It was found that the nanoparticles are deposited evenly over the surface of the carrier, the amount of particles and their size distribution when plotted unchanged. The catalytic activity of the samples coated with palladium nanoparticles and colloidal solution of nanoparticles was investigated in the hydrogenation reaction by-nitrotoluolu and reaction water displacement. In the hydrogenation reaction by-nitrotoluolu characterized most active colloidal solution of palladium nanoparticles in while applying palladium on carbon carriers leads to a decrease in its activity. The lowest activity characterized sample 1% Pd / N-CNT, while the activity of 1% Pd / Graphite comparable with the commercial model Activity 1% Pd / SCT takes an intermediate value. Reduced activity after application palladium may be due to partial blocking of the surface of the metal in the metal carrier. Thus it is shown that the activity of commercial catalyst activity exceeds 10% Pd / C in terms of the mass of metal. In the reaction of water displacement determined that iron nanoparticles 6.5 nanometers in size, coated on carbon nanotubes achieve maximum conversion has a temperature of 300 0C. Iron nanoparticles of the same size, deposited on the SCT activity in the water shift reaction do not show.
