Purpose of the research: development of the collection with standardized forms of the most common types for organizational and administrative documents generated in government bodies, local authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations, and any other legal entities regardless of their ownership. Research methods: scientific analysis and synthesis, conceptual, typological, comparative analysis, modeling, structural and functional analysis. Scientific analysis and determination of details composition for building of unified forms of organizational and administrative documents was held in connection with changes in the composition and content of organizational and administrative documentation recorded in new version of class 02 «Organizational and administrative documentation» of the State classifier of administrative documentation. The results of the research should promote the rational organization of works connected with the arrangement of organizational and administrative documents in government bodies, local authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations, and any other legal entities.
