Purpose - to develop a methodology to optimize the geometric and kinematic parameters of the process of shaping parts on CNC high-speed equipment to enhance the quality of competitive products of mechanical engineering in Ukraine. Relevance of the work is conditioned by need to ensure the smooth operation of mechatronic movement drives of working bodies of high-speed CNC equipment taking into account the maximum permissible values of kinematic parameters of motion (speed, acceleration, jerk and rate of jerk change). Existing CNC systems need to be modernized, because they do not provide the required level of precision positioning of the tool. The requirements for the geometric and kinematic parameters of surfaces processing on high-speed CNC equipment are defined. The methods of synthesis trajectories of shaping in spaces of polynomial and involute splines are developed. Mathematical models of setting contour velocity to ensure smooth change of kinematic parameters in the areas of acceleration and deceleration, and methods of stabilization contour velocity on a curvilinear trajectory shaping are created.
