Approach of the systems, according to that the off-shore zone of seas is examined as an integral object of management and is the difficult social, ecological and economic system, is used in researches. It is in-process indicated that the operating state systems of collection and distribution of information (statistics and monitoring) provide not enough the informative requirements of state control system of use by natural resources in a nearshore, that hampers the process of introduction of the integrated management the off-shore zone of seas. The indicated systems need reorganization in the questions of collection, analysis and distribution.
