A purpose of work is creation of complex of new measurings facilities for the metrology providing of technological processes of transmission of electric power of high-voltage nets. Methods of researches are structural and algorithmic methods of increase of exactness, fast-acting, expansions of functional possibilities of facilities of measurings, theoretical analysis of descriptions of measurings circles, computer design, experimental research of metrology descriptions and sources of errors. On the basis of analysis of principles of construction of modern facilities of goniometry change of phases between the vectors of voltages of electric networks tendencies and prospects of their development are certain. The methods of adaptation of facilities of measurement of phaseshift between the vectors of voltages of electric network were developed . The most perspective method of measurement of phaseshift between the vectors of voltages of electric networks was selected. The models of separate devices on accordance flow and of principle diagrams are tested. Software in accordance with the requirements of the put task was adjusted . The models of separate devices of facilities of telemetering of phaseshift between the vectors of voltages of electric networks are made and adjusted .
