We have proposed the method of additional lignin extraction in delignificated mass of corn post-harvest wastes, which gives increase the yield of lignin to 62.0% compared with the single-stage delignification. We have investigated the dependence between the concentration of sulfuric acid in a combined solvent and quality of delignification processes and enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose in wheat straw, corn post-harvest wastes and sugar sorghum bagasse. We have found out that the excessive duration of delignification and increasing sulfuric acid concentration in the solvent leads to significant losses of reducing substances of raw materials.
