The composite materials with big specific surfaces on the basis of a hydroxyapatite, bioceramics and different forms carbon for pointed delivery of drugs to the affected area of a living organism and their prolonged action were developed and studied for the improvement of therapeutic effect. The kinetics and the mechanism of corrosion and biocorrosion in the mediums with different pH, physiological solution and gastric juice were researched too.
