The aim is to develop a scientific basis for handling technology pressure for more than one component of the fibrous and layered construction materials, learn basic ratio between the structural and mechanical properties of these materials. Research methods were mechanical and fatigue studies, computer modeling and computing experiment, optical and electron microscopic metalography. Developed theoretical models of formation of structure of unidirectional fibers to their shape and properties that have created the conditions for meaningful influence on the resistance to breakage. In particular received samples of unidirectional fibers basalt material that showed the quasi-plasticity behavior of in breaking down at room temperature. Refined and developed methods for the determination of elastic modulus of thin samples of significant variations in the crease and measuring interlayered (interfibers) connection materials based on methods for the determination of resistance to fatigue and energy dissipation. Influence of temperature and stress pressing, sintering on the mechanical properties of stainless steel fibers. Influence of the deformation degree of rolling to 98% at the r fatigue of technically pure titanium. Received samples of layered technically pure titanium with tensile strength 912 MPa, plactisity 3%, the fatigue limit 500 MPa, increased survivability factor and the dissipation of energy.
