The objects of research are the development of new efficient methods of II-VI semiconductor colloidal nanocrystals (NCs) synthesis; the transfer them from colloidal solutions into a solid matrix and investigation of optical and luminescent properties of obtained II-VI NCs. Annotation: The chemical methods of obtaining II-VI nanocrystals colloidal solutions were developed and optimized and their luminescent properties were investigated. It is shown that the dispersion environment plays a decisive role in the formation of luminescent II-VI NCs in colloidal solutions. The method of obtaining polymer structures from CdTe and CdS NCs, which were passivated with thioglycolic acid (L-cysteine), was developed and their optical and luminescent properties were studied. Stabilizing covering was applied which prevents the dispersed phase aggregation and determines their stability in aqueous dispersion environment. The mechanism of exciton photoluminescence of CdTe NCs that incorporated into the poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (polyDDA) matrix was established. Product Description popup.authors Капуш О.А.
