The purpose of the work is mastering of production technology of new types of refractory concrete products. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, physicomechanical, thermomechanical ones. In PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the production technology of new type of burner stones with inner diameter 300 mm and inner high 160 mm from chamotte concrete mix brand of "СШБД" by vibrocasting method has been mastered. The burner stones were intended to customer (municipal enterprise of Ukraine). In accordance with the existing normative documentation in PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the pilot batches of corundum brand of "СКпл-94-1", mullite corundum brand of "МКБС" and chamotte brand of "СШБД" concrete mixes and high alumina cement brand of "ВГЦ-73" have been produced. Besides, with using chamotte concrete mix, the refractory products have been produced. The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of concrete mixes with content of CaO not less than 3 wt. % and expanding of their production and application values, as well as production and application values expanding of refractory products from the indicated concrete mixes.
