We have shown that corpuscular antigen of Wood-45 in concentrations of 60 mg/L increased cytoplasm concentrations of calcium ions in 40% ± 8% splenocytes by 38% as initially level on average. Reacting cells were identified as lymphocytes. Staphylococcal anatoxin with concentrations of 60 units/L and staphylococcal corpuscular antigen staphylococci strains Wood-45 with concentrations of 60 mg/L increased cytoplasmic calcium concentrations in 24% ± 4% of thymocytes. The studied substancesdid not affect Jurkat cells.
