The purpose of work - the development of available methods of synthesis phosphorus containing thiacalix[4]arenes, the establishment of the relation between the complexing properties of the synthesized compounds and their structure, to find the ways of practical application of phosphorus containing thiacalix[4]arenes as extracting agents, sorbents, chemosensors, biologically active substances. The efficient methods of phosphorylation the upper and lower rims of thiacalixarenes were developed and new phosphorus derivatives in stereochemical conformations cone and 1,3-alternate were synthesized. The introduction of phosphonate, phosphinate and phosphine oxides groups in the macrocyclic conical thiacalixarene platform significantly increases the efficiency and selectivity of the sorption of analytes, the thiacalixarene-phosphine oxides are effective extractants of europium, americium and technetium.
