The purpose of work - to propose new positions of products which were produced using nanotechnology to include in the nomenclature of material values of the State Reserve of Ukraine. Research Methods: search, analitycal and system analysis, general scientific logical methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization). Theoretical and practical results: The data about the condition of domestic and foreign achievements in the field of nanobiotechnology was generalized; was made the analysis of information about using nanotechnology and nanomaterials in food, packaging industry, agriculture, production of disinfectants and bandages using various forms of trace elements. It has been stated, that the safety of trace elements in nanoforms was not sufficiently studied, while trace elements which were obtained in citric form had higher bioavailability and were completely safe because they don't have free nanoparticles. That is why, as a perspective alternatives, the State Reserve of Ukraine. may storage fortified products, disinfectants, micronutrients and bandagess with antiseptic properties.
