We have showed the important role of canonical Wnt and b-catenin in the development of hypertrophy and metabolism of fatty acids. It has been shown that under b-catenin deficiency the mTOR and EZK1 / 2 signaling pathways activated and this is essential for adult myocardium development and maturation. We also found that the heart can adapt to physical stress under existing training only in the case of basal activity of canonical Wnt and activation of mTOR and EZK1 / 2 signaling pathways. We also showed that the loss of a two and one allele b-catenin gene causes inhibition of canonical Wnt in heart tissue and, consequently, a breach of terminal differentiation of cardiomyocytes and form of postnatal heart. So canonical Wnt syhnalinhu and b-catenin are important components of the regulation as a maturing of adult heart as well as its adaptation to prolonged physical activity. These data expand our understanding and knowledge of the molecular processes of hearts development and mechanisms of hypertrophy. Product Description popup.authors Кочубей Т.О. Мацевич Л.Л.
