Aim of investigation: Development of the Ukraine National project standard: ДСТУ EN 50290-2-23 (EN 50290-2-23:2013, IDT) «Кабелі зв'язку. Частина 2-23. Загальні правила проектування та конструювання. Поліетиленова ізоляція для багатопарних кабелів, що їх застосовують для доступу до телекомунікаційних мереж. Кабелі для зовнішнього прокладання». Results: developed project National Regulations harmonized with European standard under the European Union Directive in accordance with National standardization Program for 2016. Effectivity: results of research will be introduced in the standard developed that will be implemented in economy of Ukraine through the use of relevant industries to encourage domestic producers to produce world-class products and thereby increase its competitiveness and operation.
