Methods of supramolecular content (polycyanide hydroquinone PTHQ) intercalation in host materials were developed. Conductivity properties of synthesised intercalated nanohybrids InSe<PTHQ>, GaSe<PTHQ>, MCM-41<PTHQ> and OG<PTHQ> were investigated. Such a unique phenomena as light wave caused quantum capacity and inductance, which can be manipulated by static electric and magnetic fields, were discovered. The quantum accumulation of electric energy and interference blockade of resonant tunneling; the gigantic increase of permittivity at low (<1) values of loss tangent; magneto- and photoresistive, magneto- and photocapacitive effects of different values dependent on synthesis conditions of listed nanohybrids were realized in obtained structures.
