Nanocatalysts on the basis of lysine and phosphomolybdic and phosphotungstic heteropoly deposited on silicate basis with optimized content of acid sites were obtained. The method and output 5-HMF in the hydrolysis of fructose by TLC was defined. The IR-spectroscopy, adsorption, physical and chemical and catalytic properties of the new catalysts were prepared.
