The object of the researching is the process of teaching foreigners Ukrainian language. The subject is the system of teaching training foreign scientific style of speech in the teaching of the Ukrainian language. The aim of the research is developing and implementing in the learning process efficient models and technologies of formation and development of scientific style of speech of foreign students at all levels of education. Methods of researches- descriptive and context methods also elements of component, statistic and sociolinguistic methods, empirical method, analyses of scientific and lingvodidactical literature, studying of experience, modeling, pedagogic experiment, testing and conversations. Scientific novelty and theoretical meaning of researches: component of teaching foreigners the scientific style of speech are identified and described; criteria for the selection and organization of language and speech material for the development of scientific style of speech of foreign students are developed; a system of exercises for the development of scientific style of speech of foreign students is developed; some issues of introduction of modern information and communication technologies to the development of scientific style of speech of foreign students are studied. The novelty of the study: firstly in linguistics components of teaching foreigners the scientific style of speech are established and characterized; criteria for the selection and organization of language and speech material for the development of scientific speech style foreign students are developed; a system of exercises for the effective development of scientific style of speech is developed, firstly lingvodidaktichesky potential of modern information and communication technologies in the development of the scientific style of speech of foreigners is established. Effectiveness of introduction. The results are represented in courses " Russian/Ukrainian language as foreign" (for foreign students I, II, II levels of educating and post-graduating students), " Basis of Ukrainian and foreign literature" ( for foreign listeners of preparing department who are studying in the humanitarian direction), " Basis of economical and social geography of the world" ( for foreign listeners of preparing department who are studying in the humanitarian direction), special course " Ukrainian language as foreign: initial communicative course". The results of executing or researches are discussed on international and All-Ukrainian scientifically practical conferences, seminars, scientific forums are discussed. The sphere of usage - the higher education.
