Purposeof study - improving of the efficiency and reliability of gas-consuming boilers low and average power while reducing harmful emissions into the environment. A thermal physical justificationof the creation of improved boiler sets with high heat and environmental efficiency based on the introduction of moisture into the combustion zone of the boiler and exhaust gas heat utilization with complex use of utilized heat provided the reliable operation of the gas exhaust channels and drainage communication is carried out. The new technical solutions ofcomplex heat utilized systems with compatibleuse of various types of water heating and air heating equipment are developed. The features of influence the heat characteristics suchfactors as the ratio of the heat transfer surfaces area of waterheating and air heating equipment, boiler load, climatic conditions are find, etc., and the optimal characteristics of this equipment based on exergic analysis are determined. Using of design provides increase of efficiency or fuel heat utilization factor of boilers in 7 ? 10% and reductionto 50% of NOx formation by introducing moisture into the combustion zone of the boiler. The social impact of the project - improving of the efficiency of energy supply and improve the environment by reducing harmful emissions by industrial and municipal facilities. Principles of construction of monitoring systems in power and usefulness of thermal and acoustic passive non-destructive testing methods for monitoring and diagnostic units of thermal power plants are grounded in the work. In particular the theory of sensors to measure heat flow at the unsteady heat transfer is developed; low-inertia sensors which response time is reduced by 10 times with the widest dynamic range in the world among analogues are created and implemented; the theoretical basis of noise diagnostics of technical objects on the basis of the analysis of non-Gaussian processes by methods of characteristic functions is developed; a mobile system of acoustic diagnostics of thermal power equipment modules, which has no analogues in Ukraine, is created and implemented; a method for automatic control of combustion process in boilers of small and medium capacity in terms of excess air in the flue gas is proposed and the corresponding system, which has no analogues in Ukraine, is created.
