The object of the study is Kuyalnitskyi Liman of the North-Western part of the Black sea and its basin, the hydrological regime and hydroecological condition. The subject of the study is water resources of the Kuyalnitskyi Liman in terms of climate change and water-use activity, integrated management. The purpose of the study is to determine the role of natural and anthropogenic factors that shape the modern hydrological regime and hydroecological condition of the Kuyalnitskyi Liman, and the development of practical recommendations for water management in the catchment of the Big Kuyalnik river and estuary in all. Research methods: simulation stochastic "climate-runoff" model, which allows to determine the water resources of rivers in the conditions of global warming on the basis of climate scenarios using the most likely climate scenario from the European ENSEMBLES database; numerical mathematical modeling of the water-salt balance components of the liman under different regimes of filling in modern and scenario climate conditions; three-dimensional hydrotermodinamic model of Delft3D-FLOW version 6.01.12.4498 for determining the spatial-temporal variability of the hydrological characteristics of the estuary for the selected scenario of climate change, with considering of water-use activity regulation on the catchment and probable replenishment of the liman by sea water. According to the "climate-runoff" model an estimation of rivers water resources changes of the Kuyalnitskyi Liman catchment in the modern and scenario climatic conditions is provided, the degree of influence of water-use activity depending on climatic conditions is determined. The quantitative characteristics of river flow as a result of partial restoration of natural conditions of the runoff formation by regulation of water-use activity is determined. As a result of simulation of the estuary levels and salinity regimes in the XXI century on the water-salt balance model the most optimal mode of the liman replenishment by sea water through tubing "sea-estuary" both natural and domestic runoff supplyis developed. By the results of calculations using an unsteady three-dimensional hydrotermodinamic model Delft3D-FLOW estimates of intra-annual spatio-temporal variability changes of the hydrological characteristics of the liman for different conditions of its replenishment by marine waters of the Odessa Bay and the fresh water of the Kuyalnik river is derived. Recommendations for creating a plan of the water regime management and hydroecological conditions of the Kuyalnitskyi Liman until 2030 are developed.
