Development of modern dressings with prolonged action will contribute to ensuring the population with necessary medicines, to create conditions for active wound healing help to reduce the period of hospitalization of patients will have a significant impact on the final cost of the treatment of patients and their quality of life. For the first time systematization and data bank components of modern wound dressings created: different types of textile supports, pharmaceuticals, synthetic and natural biocides with the determination of the chemical composition of the active substance. The technique of ecological safety of biocide treatment of textile supports wound dressings using nanosilver, a study of the structure and properties of the nanomodifikovanih nonwoven webs. Mathematical modeling and developed a discrete model of distribution of water surface and bulk structure of the textile material, allows to predict the state of moist dressings at an arbitrary time, the geometric parameters of the wetted surface, the end time of the process of spreading the moisture concentration of the liquid material in any place. Dependences which allow to predict the release rate of certain prolongovannist and therapeutic action of drugs introduced in the base fabric, the processes of their accumulation in the affected tissue. For the first time synthesized nanocomposite hydrogels for wound coverings based on natural polysaccharides, agar-agar and sodium alginate filled galloizitnimy aluminosilicate nanotubes with introduced antimicrobial and medicinal substances which have no analogues in the domestic market of wound dressings, their structural and morphological and spectral properties. Inhibited experimentally established drugs allocation of these systems release kinetics of methylene blue as a test substance in solution. With the use of the non-woven technology produced a wide range of textile supports for intraoral wound coverings with prolonged healing and antimicrobial action.
