Danilevsky Institute for Endocrine Pathology Problems National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object of study: reproductive health in endothelial dysfunction in men and women. The aim of the study: to improve methods of treatment of reproductive health in men and women under the definition of markers of endothelial dysfunction and its correction. Methods and apparatus: clinical, biochemical, enzyme multiplied immunoassay, instrumental, statistics. It was established that men with idiopathic infertility hypoandrohenemia leads to hypercholesterolemia. However, there are increasing levels of homocysteine (HC) cycle and stable metabolites of nitric oxide (NOx) amid falling content blood folate (BF) compared with those in healthy men. It was determined that in infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is marked increase in levels of HC, endothelin-1 (ET-1), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the serum in the presence of deficits HC. It was shown that HC increase in these patients, independent of body mass index (BMI) and HOMA index, insulin levels, testosterone, estradiol levels. It is established that the use of antioxidant ferol containing BF, with Neurovitan improves the concentration of sperm in the ejaculate and increases their mobility amid falling HC content and increasing arginine levels in men with idiopathic pathospermia. It is shown that the appointment of BF patients with idiopathic infertile improves sperm quality in the presence of these low levels and high levels of BF HC. This therapy does not affect the levels of testosterone and estradiol. Determined that patients with PCOS appointment BF leads to normalization of HC and blood therapy in different terms depending on BMI. It is shown that metformin therapy of metabolic disorders for six months in these patients does not affect the level of HC and BF accompanied by an increase in the blood. It was established that the appointment of women with PCOS L-arginine reduces the NOx levels in the blood, ET-1, VEGF and HC, improves hemodynamics and vascular intraovarian folliculogenesis. It is shown that the inclusion taurynvmisnoho drug CRATAL to adjuvant therapy thrombotic disorders before and during cycles of in vitro fertilization leads to normalization HC blood level synchronization process fiber formation and fibrinolysis, improves the quality of oocytes and embryos, reducing the risk of miscarriage in the first trimester and frequency of spontaneous miscarriages in women with PCOS. Areas of application - endocrinology, andrology, obstetrics and gynecology. Product Description popup.authors Абдуллаєв Р. Алексєєва І. Архипкіна Т. Бєлкіна І. Бондаренко В. Бурма Т. Величко Н.
