The variants of energy-saving measures with utilization of ejector heat exchangers in the systems for hydrocarbons capture at the main pipelines and petrol stations were examined. The fermentation apparatus for biological products production design was studied and the system for nutrient medium cooling was developed. The cooling system provides refrigerating cycle using freon for cooling at the compressor inlet. Experimental research of finned tubes bundle with inclined finns was carried out. The research results proved high efficiency of heat exchange of tubes with inclined finns compared to conventional surfaces. The results of experimental studies of evaporative elements of refrigeration systems with pipes of various diameters into which rods with a screw guide are inserted. In a range of studies the elements have proved their heat intensity up to 8-10% higher than in the hollow tube, as well as agent holding capacity of the evaporative element was reduced. Developed and tested measures for chemical industry basic plants have been applied in the creation of energy-efficient cooling systems of granular mineral fertilizers: ammonium nitrate and carbamide as a result of waste heat utilization.
