The formulas for integral and component-wise cohenrence functions, which allows one to describe quantitatively interrelation between properties of the nonstationarities of two periodically correlated random processes, what appears in periodic changes with respect to time of their cross-spectral characteristics, are grounded. The invariance of these quantities with respect to linear transformations is proved.The cross-statistical analysis of the vertical and horizontal vibrations of the coal conveyor electromotor is provided. Introduced functions allow to detect distributed defect - nonuniform loading of the bearing outer race and also initiation of the local damage.
