Object of study: information resources of a particular direction on the Internet and mechanisms of their handling, which should facilitate information and legal support of legislative and law enforcement activity in the context of globalization of information space. Subject of study: theoretical and technological principles, methods, and software and hardware tools for integration and monitoring of information flow on legal issues, collection, processing, synthesis and analysis of which are performed in the global computer network Internet. The main purpose of research is to create a theoretical framework for the development of automated systems for integration, monitoring, synthesis and analysis of information documentary flows in the legal segment of the Internet and the development of proposals and recommendations on the use of Internet resources to support legislative and law enforcement activities, the concept of monitoring system for resources on the Internet to support legislative and law enforcement activity based on studies concerning regulation of relations in activities in the sphere of information and information resources. Scientific novelty of the results: formation of scientific and practical bases in the sphere of information relations, information resources on the Internet and tools for modeling, synthesis of information flows, integration of information resources to help solve the problems of information and legal security, providing reliable information support of legislative and law enforcement activity. The results of the project implementation form the theoretical basis for the development of automated systems of integration, monitoring, analysis and synthesis of information documentary flows in legal segment on the Internet. Work results: creating a model of legal segment of the Internet, methodology for information and legal support on the basis of monitoring the legal segment of the Internet and the development of methods and software and hardware tools for integration and monitoring of information flow on legal issues, collection, processing, synthesis and analysis of which are conducted in a global computer network Internet.
